Matthew Cooper Real Estate & JA Cooper Agencies Pty Ltd conducted the property auction of ‘Adjie’ Nariel Valley on Thursday 31/10/2019 on behalf of the Nankervis Family.
Over 50 people attended the auction. There was strong local interest and spirited bidding.
The property was sold as a whole for $2,440,000. This equated to $9,172 per acre, which is considered to be a new record level for land prices in Nariel and the local Corryong area.
Auctioneer Matt Cooper said the property well exceeded the reserve and price expectations and was an extremely successful and pleasing result for our vendors.
A clearing sale is being planned before settlement of the property in early 2020.
